Pastor Pan served for 6 years as Pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Indonesia, where he was ordained to the gospel ministry. After that he has served as a Senior Pastor at Fresno Chinese Gospel Church in Central California and Mid-Hudson Chinese Christian Church in New York. Pastor Pan’s wife, Rev. Phebe Shen, ministered at Ebenezer Presbyterian Church for 28 years, she is now serving as youth minister at PCC and also pastor of Berkeley Gospel Church of Christ.

Rev. Ronnie Kaan was born and raised in a minister's family in Hong Kong. In 1975, he was enrolled into Theology program at the Bethel Bible Seminary of Hong Kong. In order to better equipped himself in music ministry. He simultaneously took on certificate program of Vocal Arts at the Hong Kong Music Institute and another certificate program of Conduction of Children's Choir at the Hong Kong Baptist University. He was awarded Theology Degree in 1980.

Two years later, he had an opportunity to go abroad for further education in Master of Minister Degree at the The Concord Theological Seminary .

In 2000, The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America recommended him to be a pastor in their denomination. He was later called as expectation to develop new churches in Asian community.

Rev. Kaan is a minister who is willing to establish a good relationship with the youths, care-giving to seniors, wants to improve and to bring the good news to our community, he is a honest, fair and not divisive person, he likes to team ministry with elders and colleagues.
