Inquirer's Classes in January
Pastor Don will be leading a four week Inquirer’s class on Thursday nights beginning on January 28, 2021. Each week we’ll look at a different topic from the Reformed perspective. All are welcome to attend; for those who are in discernment about formally becoming members of the church, there will be an invitation to write a personal Statement of Faith, and a scheduled time to meet with Pastor Don for follow-up questions before examination(!) by the Commission.
Classes will be 2 hours and will meet via Zoom from 6 - 8 pm
January 28: God (Our understanding of the Trinity, God’s desire for us, and God’s relationship with us);
February 4: Humanity (Our understanding of sin, justification, and sanctification);
February 11: The Church (the Church’s role in the relationship between God and Humanity, Presbyterian specifics, and work of the church itself);
February 25: Society (Our relationships with our neighbors, Earthcare and social justice, and the concepts of Mission and Evangelism).
Contact Pastor Don with questions.
