Upcoming Presbyterian Women Gatherings

Put on your calendar SATURDAY, OCTOBER 7, 2023, for the PWP Fall Gathering to be hosted at Montclair Presbyterian Church in Oakland. A panel presentation “Overcoming RACISM in our Homes, Communities and Churches” will be represented by these Ruling Elders: Dr. Corinne Quinn, Linda Spencer and Lori Yamaguchi.

RSVP to Mildred Hall by October 1st and indicate your attendance as in-person or zoom. The zoom link will be emailed prior to the event.

Monday, October 16, 2023 - 7:00PM — Women’s Fellowship gathering

We will “nurture our faith through prayer and Bible Study.” Closer to time you will receive the Zoom link to tune in. We will look at and study the 2023-2024 Bible study: “Sacred Encounters — The Power and Presence of Jesus Christ in Luke-Acts”. The author: Rev. Dr. Olive Mahabir (pronounced mah-hah-bear). The Presbyterian Women’s Churchwide Gathering (CWG) is held every three years. The next gathering will be August 8-11, 2024 in St. Louis, Missouri. Hoping many of you can plan to attend next year, especially if you have never been to a PW Churchwide Gathering.
